  1. Do I need planning permission for London building work?

  4. How much will my building work cost?

Our surveyor will be able to quote for the work you require. The amount you spend should reflect immediately on the market value of your house.

  5. Can I save money by doing some of the work myself?

    Yes. JGA Construction will do all of the work or just the structural parts. This ensures the structure meets local building regulations.
